Capital Racquet & Fitness Center

Race Day
Registration – 7:30 a.m. (North Parking Lot of
the Bismarck Community Bowl)
▪
Race starts at 8:30
a.m. (10K, 5K Run/Walk, Youth ˝ Mile and 1 Mile
Fun Run)
Awards will be
given for age groups in each category. All youth
participants in the ˝ mile and 1 mile fun run
will receive an award. Registration fee includes
t-shirt, registration packet and post race
snacks and refreshments. Awards
ceremony and prize drawing will be held the day
of the race inside the Community Bowl at 11 am.
Online registration deadline is Friday, August
12 @ 12 noon.

note: Family registration cannot be done online
and must be done by mail or in person. Please
contact Race Directors Fawn Schirado or Katrina
Kittleson @ 221-6855 with any questions.
