General Sibley Park is a 138 acre park, located four miles south of Bismarck on Washington Street.

The park includes camping sites for tents and campers with electrical hook-ups. There are also full service restrooms, picnic shelters, playgrounds, 24-hole disc golf course (FREE disc rentals) and a boat ramp.

9 a.m. - 9 p.m. - Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

Office Hours will vary other times during the camping season. They will be posted at the General Sibley Park Office and on the park answering machine.

GENERAL SIBLEY CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS
Campsite reservations for the 2008 camping season will begin on Monday, March 3 at 12:00 p.m. Reservations will be taken Monday-Friday from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. until the campground opens for the season. Then reservations can be made anytime during park office hours.

GENERAL SIBLEY SHELTER RESERVATIONS

Primitive camping is also available at Eagles Park located 9 miles north of Pioneer Park on River Road - just south of historic Double Ditch Indian Village site. Call 222-6455 for additional information.

Day Use Areas - Gates Are Locked at Dusk Each Night:  24-Hole disc golf course, sand volleyball court, picnic shelters, playgrounds, boat ramp      

Camping Area:
115 camp sites available with electricity
Tents: 100+ sites available. First Come-First Pick. Reservations are not taken for tent sites.
Potable City Water Station:  available at park entrance/exit
Dump Station:  available at the park exit

Check-In Time:  2 pm
Check-Out Time:  2 pm

CAMP SITES
Electricity:
30-amp only:  Sites 1-15 and sites 58-69
20-30-50 amp:  All other camp sites

Drive Through Sites:  45, 83, 86, 90

Double Sites:  Reserved as double (two units)
Sites:  74A-B, 75A-B, 85A-B, 108A-B, 109A-B

Small Site for pop-up or small units only:  Site 38

Asphalt Pads:
Sites 16 - 57 with the exception of sites 28, 38 and 45
All other camp sites have gravel pads
 

Cancellations:  24 hour notice before your arrival date or you will be charged for each site reserved, and the site will be made available for rent.
