A portion of the Pebble Creek Trail from 19th Street to Century Avenue has been detoured onto the Pebble Creek Golf Course cart path for the winter.
This detour will be in place until spring when winter conditions subside.
Flurry Fest Photo Contest 2019
We’re looking for your wintery photos!
Submit your best shots of you and/or your family enjoying Bismarck Parks and Recreation District facilities, parks, programs and events! Winning entries in each category will receive a prize. Photographers of all ages and skill levels are invited to enter – whether taking a photo with your phone or camera.

Prizes:
The top photo in each category will be picked. Each winner will receive:
- One week membership to Capital Racquet & Fitness Center and the BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center
- One free shelter reservation for the 2019 season
- Two buckets of balls for the Fore Seasons Center
- Four outdoor pool passes, including the Hillside waterslide
Winners will be announced online. Judges decisions are final.
Rules:
- Photos must be taken at a Bismarck Parks and Recreation District park, facility, program or event.
- Enter as many photos as you like.
How To Enter:
- Email your photos to bisparks@bisparks.org with the subject line “Photo Contest”. Please include:
- Photographer’s name
- Location of photo
- Category (Athletics, Recreation/People at Play, Park District Events)
By submitting photos to this contest you are granting the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District permission to use your photograph(s) in any and all publications or marketing materials, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity. You are also certifying to the Park District that you are the sole copyright holder of the images.
