Shred Challenge


Get ready to be challenged, motivated and inspired to get fit and stay fit! You will meet in a group once a week for 45 minutes with a Personal Trainer. The meetings consist of a group workout, weigh in, and weekly challenges. The Personal Trainer will give a different fitness and food challenge each week.
