Teen Bootcamp

Teen Bootcamp is an interval training program designed for 13-19 year olds looking to kick start their fitness goals. The program combines cardiovascular and strength training in one session. Bootcamp will constantly challenge you by offering you consistent and positive motivational support. Activities include cardio, strength and flexibility stations, obstacle courses, and more. This program is a great way to get fit, stay fit and make some new friends in a fun, non-competitive and non-intimidating environment.
