Each team will play at least 3 regulation games. Please review your schedule carefully as teams may play an extra game if there’s an odd number of teams. Some teams may play three times the same day so double check your schedule carefully for game times.
A five-minute warm-up and a three-minute halftime will be given if time permits. Be on time and ready to start at game time.
Games will be 4 six-minute quarters. Eight-minute quarters will NOT be played in the Jamboree. A two-minute overtime will be played for all tied games.
The score will be kept for each game, but win/loss records will not be kept. If a team is ahead by 20 points after the first half, the scores will be removed from the scoreboard.
Each coach is responsible to find an adult to keep score and operate the scoreboard or clock.
Unless otherwise stated, regular program rules will govern play.
Coaches get 3 one-minute timeouts.
All players are to receive equal playing time.
Spectators must remain in the balcony seating area. Only players, coaches, officials, scorekeepers, and other Bismarck Parks and Recreation District personnel are allowed on the basketball court or floor area.
Each participant will receive a participation ribbon.
