Community Invited to Open House and Meeting on Indoor Recreation & Sports Facility Feasibility Study

The City of Bismarck and Bismarck Parks and Recreation District invite community members to attend an Open House and/or a Community Meeting on Wednesday, October 28, to hear the latest updates on the indoor recreation and sports facility feasibility study. Both events will be held at Bismarck Public Works, 601 S. 26th St.

  • Open House from 11:00am-2:00pm – Stop by anytime to learn about the study and talk one-on-one with project consultants. There will not be a formal presentation.
  • Community Meeting from 6:00-7:30pm – Attend a presentation on the study’s progress and findings so far. Consultants will also answer questions from attendees.

At both events, consultants will share what they’ve learned from August community meetings and from survey responses about what residents want in a future indoor recreation and sports facility.

The study is part of an ongoing effort to explore future indoor recreation opportunities in Bismarck. The results will help guide decisions about future recreation investments that support the community’s quality of life and economic vitality.
