Luminary Ski Night
February 20 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
If there is enough snow, pack your cross-country skis and headlamp for a luminary lit 0.75-mile ski trail beneath the cottonwood forest at General Sibley Park.
Need to Know
- Due to a lack of snow, this event has been postponed from Friday, January 23 to Friday, February 20. The time and location remain the same.
- Parking available near campground office.
- Signage near office marks beginning of looped ski trail.
- Skiing only; no walking allowed on ski trails.
- Participants must bring their own skis. Ski and pole rentals available at Riverwood Golf Course until 7:00pm; no overnight rentals.
- Warm beverages provided by Northern Plains Heritage Foundation at the campground office.
- FREE, no registration required.
