Online Reservations Now Available for Shelters and Birthday Parties

Bismarck Parks and Recreation District (BPRD) is excited to announce that online reservations are available for indoor and outdoor park shelters, as well as birthday parties at the BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center.

BPRD’s reservable shelters include five indoor community centers, 49 outdoor picnic shelters, and a stage and amphitheater. Reservations are open through 2025.

Indoor pool and Turtle Beach playground birthday party reservations at BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center may be made 90 days in advance.

“This online option gives people the opportunity to make a reservation at their convenience,” says Kevin Klipfel, BPRD executive director. “This is the latest example of our efforts to use technology to provide better customer service while also improving operational efficiency at the park district.”

Reservations are managed through ActiveNet software, which BPRD has been using for almost 15 years for activity registrations and fitness memberships. The park district will continue to expand use of the software in the next few years to provide customers easy access to an online account to manage their BPRD activities and reservations, view schedules and print receipts.

Those without access to a computer, smartphone or other device or those who prefer to make a shelter reservation in person may visit the BPRD administrative office at 400 E. Front Ave. or call 701-222-6455. Birthday party reservation requests can be made at BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center, 1601 Canary Ave., or by calling 701-751-4266.
