No Smoking on Playgrounds: BPRD strives to provide a healthy play environment in all BPRD parks and playgrounds. Therefore, smoking shall be prohibited within 20 feet of all playgrounds on BPRD property and/or in BPRD managed parks. Signs will be used for education and enforcement. This policy is dependent upon the consideration and responsible behavior of all individuals. Approved May 16, 2013
