Pickleball Lessons

There are generally two sessions each season (summer, fall, winter) with outdoor lessons available in the summer.

Sessions

  • Winter Session 2 February 23-March 28, 2026 (CRFC)
  • Summer Session 1: June 1-25, 2026
  • Summer Session 2: July 6-30, 2026
  • Fall Session 1: September 8-October 10, 2026
  • Fall Session 2: October-November 2026

Locations

Pickleball 101 Beginners Lessons

Learn the basics of pickleball with other beginners. The class will focus on court layout, rules, and beginner drills.

Winter Session 2 Days, Times, and Fee

  • 60-minute classes at 9:30am on Mondays
  • 60-minute classes at 12:00pm on Wednesdays
  • 60-minute classes at 12:30pm on Saturdays
  • Fee: $50

Summer Days, Times, and Fee

  • 60-minute classes at 8:00am at Sertoma
  • 60-minute classes on Tuesdays at 4:00pm at CRFC
  • Fee: $40

Fall Days, Times, and Fee

  • 60-minute classes at 9:30am on Mondays at CRFC
  • 60-minute classes at 12:00pm on Wednesdays at CRFC
  • 60-minute classes at 12:30pm on Saturdays at CRFC
  • Fee: $50, Mondays $40

Want to advance your pickleball game? Learn drills and strategy to elevate your game to the next level! Taught by an experienced pickleball player.

Winter Session 2 Day, Time, and Fee

  • 60-minute classes at 12:30pm on Saturdays at CRFC
  • Fee: $50

Summer Days, Time, and Fee

  • 90-minute classes at 9:00am on Tuesdays at Sertoma
  • Fee: $60

Fall Days, Time, and Fee

  • 60-minute classes at 12:30pm on Saturdays at CRFC
  • Fee: $75

Need to Know

To determine what level you should play, use the USA Pickleball skill level guide. If you cannot determine your skill level, contact Rod at 701-221-6855. Never played? Consider signing up for lessons before attending drop-in for the first time.

Fall/Winter/Spring Seasons

  • September 1-May 31
    • CRFC and BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center Members: FREE
    • Non-Members: $5
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
    • Beginner (2.0-2.5): 8:00-10:00am
    • Intermediate (3.0-3.5): 10:00am-12:30pm
    • Advanced (3.5+): 12:30-3:30pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: all levels from 11:00am-3:00pm
  • Saturdays: all levels from 3:00-6:00pm
