Adult Sand Volleyball Leagues – Summer

Teams are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Dates, Times, and Locations

• May 17-August 2026 (10-week season)
• 6:00pm start time for most locations with matches scheduled every 45-50 minutes. Latest start time is 8:15pm.

Leagues

6-Person: Recreation and Competitive

• Coed: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
• Women: Monday and Wednesday

4-Person: Competitive

• Coed: Tuesday
• Men: Wednesday
• Women: Wednesday

Need to Know

• League schedules will be posted by May 8. Managers will receive an email with a direct link to their team schedule once they are available.

Fees

• $125 sponsor fee per team
• All teams will receive a team beverage permit with their schedule.
• $50 per player. All rostered players must pay a fee.
  • 4-person leagues must pay for 5 players.
  • 6-person leagues must pay for 7 players.

Registration Dates & Process

2026 ROSTER UPDATE

• Player signatures are no longer required on the roster. Instead, waiver signatures will be collected on the first day of league play.
• Player information needed to complete the roster includes name, phone, and level played last year.

Sponsor Check: Your sponsor check may be dropped off separately from player fees. You can bring the sponsor fee during office hours, or you can put it in an envelope and place it in the drop box outside the BPRD office. Please note the team name and manager name so we can match the roster with sponsor payment.

Option 1: In-Person at BPRD Office, 400 E. Front Ave.

• In-person registration is March 30-April 10, 2026, from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (closed April 3).
• Printable PDF will be posted March 27 at 12:00pm: Print the team roster (PDF), fill it out, and bring it to the office with payment during the registration dates. Office hours are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (closed April 3).
• All fees must be paid at the time of registration. We do not allow individual players to come in and pay their fees separately.

Option 2: Remote/Online

• Remote registration starts March 30, 2026, at 7:30am and ends April 10 at 5:00pm. Rosters are not accepted before registration opens.
• NEW: An online form has replaced the fillable PDF form. We will NOT accept any emailed rosters. Submit the online team roster form during the registration dates. You will receive a copy of your submitted roster by email.
• DO NOT CALL with payment. BPRD staff will call you to take credit card payment by phone within a day or two. All fees must be paid at one time. We will not call players individually for payment.
