Stumped on what to do for a workout? Not sure at all how to start? This class is for ages 50+ (or those wanting a fitness facility introduction) to learn the correct way to enjoy an effective and safe workout in the weight room. You’ll learn how to use the cardio and strength machines and also do balance, core, and flexibility exercises. You will be in a group setting with a certified Personal Trainer who will work with you to assess your fitness needs. Bring a friend and get to know YOUR weight room.
