QuickSAND – High-Intensity Training

NEW! Sand training is a high-intensity workout with low impact that will improve quickness and build explosive strength. In eight sessions, gain strength, speed and stamina through functional training (body weight), agility and plyometrics. This class is ideal for active individuals (not recommended for beginners but can adjust for different fitness levels) and athletes working to take their game to the next level. Bring water and a mat/towel; shoes/socks are optional.
