Winter Classes

This 12 session 1 hour class is for children ages 8-14. Sport conditioning is a unique and fun class that utilizes Speed, Agility, Quickness, Coordination, Endurance, Strength. The class is designed to strengthen your core and improve your strength, endurance and technique. The exercises are designed to make you a better and more conditioned athlete.
