Pass Cards Replace Outdoor Pool Swim Patches in 2024

Key ring with key and pass card

Bismarck Parks and Recreation District (BPRD) is swapping swim patches for pass cards for the 2024 outdoor pool season! Instead of sewing a swim patch on your swimsuit, you will receive a pass card that will be scanned for entry to Elks Aquatic Center, Hillside Aquatic Complex and Wachter Aquatic Complex.

Outdoor Pool Season Passes may be purchased online or in person at the BPRD office at 400 E. Front Ave. starting April 4.

  • $100 per person
  • $130 per person with Hillside Waterslide

Photos Required

We need a photo for each season passholder, so we have several days with extended hours until 7pm for you to stop by the BPRD office. Bring the kids as we need photos of everyone with a pass!

Extended Hours at BPRD Office from 7:30am-7pm

  • Monday, April 29
  • Wednesday, May 1
  • Thursday, May 2

Please note, if you have a membership to BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center/Capital Racquet & Fitness Center, your membership card will also serve as your pass card for your outdoor pool season pass.

Also, clear photos of the card’s barcode saved to a smartphone may be scanned for entry at all pools.

Win a $25 Gift Certificate
Everyone with a season pass who gets their photo taken at the BPRD office before May 3 will be registered in a drawing to win one of four $25 BPRD gift certificates.

Save time by getting your outdoor pool season pass card and taking your photo early, so you’re ready for opening day on June 3. Plus, save your card after the season is over – then reactivate it for 2025!
