Bismarck Parks and Recreation District manages the following boat ramps that provide recreational access to the Missouri River.

• General Sibley Park & Campground
  • Boat ramp for small boats less than 15 feet and for canoes and kayaks.
• Kimball Bottoms Boat Ramp, 11500 Desert Rd.
• MacLean Bottoms Boat Ramp, 12150 SE 106th St.
