Join Bismarck Parks & Recreation District and the Sons of Norway Sverdrup Lodge for an introduction to kicksledding, in Tatley-Eagles Park. Fun for all ages, attendees can expect to watch, learn, and practice kicksledding—a foot-powered Scandinavian sled used for winter transportation. Seven kicksleds of various sizes will be available; attendees will have the opportunity to take turns trying them out on a groomed route in Tatley-Eagles Park.

Following the event, the Sons of Norway will be donating the kicksleds to Bismarck Parks & Recreation District for public enjoyment.
